The short answer
Use AI to propose an organization plan from a small, non-sensitive description or file-name list. Review the output yourself and apply changes separately. The AI tools here do not connect to your storage account, move files or confirm product capabilities.
Provide context instead of an entire archive
Describe the purpose of the collection, who retrieves it and which naming rules already exist. Use invented or sanitized examples where possible. The file organizer uses pasted names, the folder planner uses a project description and the summarizer uses text you explicitly submit.
Know when data leaves the browser
The local file tools do not upload their inputs. AI tools are different: submitted text goes through this website’s server to OpenAI after consent. The site owner must configure the integration. Do not treat a draft summary as verified evidence or send confidential text you cannot share.
Turn suggestions into a controlled change
Review missing context, ambiguous categories and invented details. Compare a summary with its source and treat any proposed action as a suggestion. For a rename, keep an old-to-new mapping and test a small batch. A model response is not an automatic command to your cloud account.
Checklist
- 1Use sanitized examples and a small scope.
- 2Read the data-transfer notice before submitting.
- 3Verify output against the original context.
- 4Apply changes separately with a reversible plan.
Good questions. Clear answers.
Does the AI tool read files stored in my account?
No. It receives only the text you submit through its form.
Why might the AI tool be unavailable?
It needs an enabled server-side integration and API credentials. The site reports unavailability rather than generating a fake response.
